Staging: Interior (Top Floor)

The day has finally come where we get to put finishing touches on each room, photograph and prepare for the MLS ad to be posted by our real estate agent.

I believe it will be easiest to follow along level by level. So let’s start from the top and work our way down from there. Some of these photos you may have seen in previous posts, however now they will all be in one entry.

At the very end of the upstairs hallway you will find bedroom #3 and #2. Now both these room have been mentioned in their own post several months ago so I wont waste too much time with them.

Bedroom 3: We staged this room to reflect a child’s bedroom/nursery. Kept it clean with neutral paint and white furniture. Left the room clutter free by only including what is necessary (bed and organizer/dresser).

Bedroom 2: This room was staged for an older child with the same rules being applied as bedroom #3. Neutral paint, white furniture and really tried to showcase the space available. Although this is a twin bed there is plenty of space for a double. Although only a desk is displayed, there is plenty of room for a long or tall dresser, etc.

Next down the hallway is the Master Bedroom.

Although It is not massive, it is a great size for a bed, nightstands and a dresser. Mount a TV on the wall and you really have a cozy oasis. This room was painted with a greyish beige to set it apart from the rest of the house. It has a large window which allows for natural light all day.

And finally on the upper lever, we have a main bath. This has a tub/shower combo, double vanity and a new dual flush toilet.

Talk about complete overhaul. We have new flooring, painted walls, new lighting, new fan, new double vanity, new counter top, new sinks, new faucets, new toilet… Let’s just say there is not much in this room that isn’t new!

A neutral color scheme mimicked the rest of the house. A pop of blue added some interest but is only done through accessories, therefore new owners will not be stuck with it and can replace with color of their choice. Exiting the bathroom you will find stairs to the main level.
